The terms, in plain English.

What you are buying

A custom camera effect based on the design you chose, delivered as a Snapcode for Snapchat, a browser link, or both, depending on the option you picked at checkout.

Personalisation covers exactly what the design page listed: the names, dates, colours and photos that design calls for. Anything beyond that is custom studio work and sits outside a MOMNTS order.

All prices are in UAE dirhams and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Delivery

Your order is delivered within 2-3 days of your files being approved, not of payment. A designer reviews your details within 24 hours of receiving them; if something will not work, we contact you on WhatsApp or email and the clock pauses until replacements arrive.

Need it sooner? Where a design offers the 24h rush add-on, delivery moves to within 24 hours of approval. Without it, the date picker will not accept an event closer than three days out, because we would rather not sell you something we cannot make in time.

Browser links stay live for 6 months after your event date, then the link retires. Want it back, or kept longer? Reply to any order email and we will sort it. The Snapchat version stays on Snapchat for as long as Snap supports the lens.

Both versions are unlisted. The Snapchat lens is published from SHXFT Studio's official Snapchat account as a hidden lens: it does not appear in search or Lens Explorer and Snapchat does not promote it. The browser version lives at an unlisted link. Unlisted is not locked: anyone who has the link, scans the Snapcode or sees the lens in a Snap can use it, so share it with the people you want.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund. No argument.

Once your order is delivered as described on the design page, the order is complete and non-refundable, because the work is done and it is personal to you.

If you never send us the details we need, we will chase you twice. After 14 days of silence we may cancel the order with a refund minus payment-processing costs.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use the photos, names and logos you send us. Nothing offensive, unlawful or infringing; we can refuse and refund any order on those grounds.

You give us a licence to use your content solely to build and deliver your order. We do not use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

Platform rules

The Snapchat version is published from, and stays on, SHXFT Studio's official Snapchat account. SHXFT Studio is the studio behind MOMNTS. Snap's own terms apply to anyone using it inside Snapchat.

Anything delivered to Snapchat goes through Snap's own review. In the rare case Snap rejects a design, we rework it or refund you.
