What you are buying

A custom camera effect based on the design you chose, delivered as a Snapcode for Snapchat, a browser link, or both, depending on the option you picked at checkout.

Personalisation covers exactly what the design page listed: the names, dates, colours and photos that design calls for. Anything beyond that is custom studio work and sits outside a MOMNTS order.

All prices are in UAE dirhams and inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Delivery

Your order is delivered within 2-3 days of your files being approved, not of payment. A designer reviews your details within 24 hours of receiving them; if something will not work, we contact you on WhatsApp or email and the clock pauses until replacements arrive.

Browser links stay live for 30 days around your event date. The Snapchat version stays live on Snapchat.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund. No argument.

Once your order is delivered as described on the design page, the order is complete and non-refundable, because the work is done and it is personal to you.

If you never send us the details we need, we will chase you twice. After 14 days of silence we may cancel the order with a refund minus payment-processing costs.

Your content

You must own or have permission to use the photos, names and logos you send us. Nothing offensive, unlawful or infringing; we can refuse and refund any order on those grounds.

You give us a licence to use your content solely to build and deliver your order. We do not use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

Platform rules

Anything delivered to Snapchat goes through Snap's own review. In the rare case Snap rejects a design, we rework it or refund you.

MOMNTS is a product of SHXFT Studio, a division of CNQR Media FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions or complaints: reply to any order email and a human answers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai handle any dispute.
