What we collect

Your name, email and phone number at checkout, handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

The personalisation details you send us: names, dates, colours, and photos where the design calls for them.

What we do with it

Build your order, keep you updated about it, and measure how people find MOMNTS. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

Marketing and analytics

When we run ad campaigns, measurement pixels from Meta and TikTok may run on this site. They set cookies so those platforms can tell us which ads brought people here, which also means they learn you visited.

If you buy while a campaign is live, we may send Meta and TikTok a purchase signal that includes a hashed version of your email or phone number, so they can count the sale. Hashing scrambles the value one way; they cannot read the original from it. Your photos and personalisation details are never part of it.

How long we keep photos

Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage 30 days after your order is delivered. Order records (name, email, what you bought) are kept for accounting, as UAE law requires.

Where it lives

Order data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Neon, Cloudflare, Stripe, Vercel), each under their own security and compliance programmes. Order emails reach you through Resend, and your order details are shared with our own team through Slack so a designer can build your order.

Your rights

Want your data deleted sooner, corrected, or exported? Reply to any order email and we will action it within 30 days.
